Indictment for Stolac Crimes Confirmed
The Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina has confirmed an indictment against Mile Pazin, Ivica Markovic and Vide Kresic, charging them with war crimes committed in Stolac.

According to the charges, Pazin, Raguz and Kresic, former members of the Croatian Defense Council, arrested Bosniak civilians and held them in inhumane conditions. During their detention, the civilians were allegedly subjected to physical and mental abuse and other forms of inhumane treatment. The defendants allegedly acted in collaboration with other soldiers.
The confirmed indictment also referred to Mirko Raguz, since deceased. On September 21, 2015, the state court suspended the proceedings against him.
