Soldo was charged on Monday with illegally detaining a Bosniak woman in June and July 1992 at a bungalow located within a Bosnian Serb army camp on Lake Boracko near Konjic, where he raped her and forced her to work.

“The victim had to clean the bungalows, wash army boots and clothes, and she was subjected to abuse and humiliation. She was raped by other Bosnian Serb soldiers and men from Serbia. She was forced to change her name and religion,” said the Bosnian prosecution.

The indictment has been sent to the Bosnian court for confirmation.
