Tolic is charged with participating in the abuse of civilians who were detained at a school building and the Strolit factory in Odzak, as well as the abuse of civilians detained at a construction depot and the Fric Pavil secondary school in Bosanski Brod. Tolic allegedly committed these crimes as a member of the 102nd Odzacka Brigade of the Croatian Defence Council, between May-October 1992.

The court’s public relations office said that the verdict, which had been originally scheduled for Friday, March 6, was postponed due to other commitments by the members of the trial chamber.

A new date for the pronouncement of the verdict has still not been set.
