“This is all made up. I was not member of Socicka Company and I shall prove that,” said Pero Radovic, one of the indictees, pleading not guilty of the crimes in Rogatica.

The State Prosecution alleges that Radomir Markovic, Mile Kusic, Dragan Bozovic, Sasa Perkovic, Radomir Gluhovic, Pero Radovic, Ilija Vukasinovic and Milos Vukasinovic committed murders of Bosniak civilians in the period from April to the end of September 1992.

According to the charges, Markovic was Commander of Socicka Company with the Rogatica Brigade of VRS, while the other indictees were members of that Brigade.

The indictment was confirmed on October 31, 2014.

The trial is due to begin in the upcoming period.
