Closing Statements at Tolic’s Trial Due Next Week

Four status conferences are scheduled for next week. One of them will be held in the case against Zeljko Stanarevic, who is charged with crimes in Bihac, on Monday, January 12, while a pre-trial status conference in the case against Slavko Savic, who is indicted for crimes in Vogosca, is scheduled for Wednesday.
On Friday pre-trial status conferences are due to be held in the case against Novak Mitrovic and Dragan Glogovac, who are charged with crimes in Zavidovici, as well as Dzevad Dulic, who is indicted for crimes in the Cazin area.
On Monday new State Prosecution witnesses are due to be examined at the trials of Goran Saric, who is charged with genocide in Srebrenica, Petar Kovacevic for crimes in Visegrad, as well as Mensur Memic, Dzevad Salcin, Senad Hakalovic, Nedzad Hodzic and Nihad Bojadzic, who are charged with crimes in Trusina, near Konjic.
On that same day the trials are due to continue in the case against Savo Tepic, Dragoslav Bojic, Dusko Vujicic, Dusko Maksimovic, Radojko Keverovic and Ilija Kurusic for crimes in Kotor-Varos, as well as Dragan Sekaric, who is charged with crimes in Visegrad and Gorazde.
On Tuesday the trials are due to continue in the case against Ramiz Avdovic and Iulian-Nicolae Vintila for crimes in Sarajevo, Edhem Godinjak, Medaris Saric and Mirko Bunoza for crimes in Trnovo, as well as Ostoja and Bosiljko Markovic for crimes in Kotor-Varos.
The trials of Ekrem Ibracevic, Faruk Smajlovic and Sejdalija Covic, who are charged with crimes in Srebrenik, and Marijan Brnjic, Martin Barukcic, Pavo and Ilija Glavas, who are indicted for crimes in Odzak, are due to continue on Tuesday. Aleksandar Cvetkovic, who is charged with genocide in Srebrenica, is due to appear in court on that same day.
On Wednesday, January 13 new Defence witnesses are due to appear at the trial of Vitomir Rackovic, who is charged with crimes in Visegrad. On that same day the trials are due to continue in the case against Goran Popovic for crimes in Visegrad and Ostoja Stanisic and Marko Milosevic for genocide in Srebrenica.
The trials of Nedzad Hodzic and Dzevad Salcin for crimes on Mount Igman, as well as Mustafa Djelilovic, Fadil Covic, Mirsad Sabic, Nezir Kazic, Becir Hujic, Halid Covic, Serif Mesanovic and Nermin Kalember, who are charged with crimes in Hadzici, are due to continue on Thursday.
Nikola Maric, who is charged with crimes in Prozor, and Indira Kameric, who is indicted for crimes in Brod, are due to appear in court on that same day.
On Friday the trials are due to continue in the case against Ibro Macic, who is charged with crimes in Konjic, and Srecko Boskovic for crimes in Zvornik.
Motions related to custody and prohibiting measures in the case against Hedin Dzambegovic, who is suspected of crimes in Gorazde, and Predrag Marjanovic, who is suspected in an investigation into crimes in Osmaci, as well as Zaim Lalicic, who is suspected of crimes in Hrasnica, near Sarajevo, are due to be presented in the week ahead.
The retrial of Zeljko Jukic, who is charged with crimes in Prozor, is due to continue on Tuesday. The retrial of Mehura Selimovic, Adil Ruznic and Emir Mustafic, who are charged with crimes in Krajina, continues a day later, while the retrial of Savo Babic, who is charged with crimes in Bratunac, is due to continue on Thursday.
