The Court of BiH said that it decided to extend his custody due to the existence of a fear that he might influence witnesses and accomplices, as well as destroy and hide evidence, while at liberty. He is the only, out of 13 arrested suspects in the “Mice case”, who is currently being held in custody. Milan Savic and Dusan Kuzmanovic were the last ones to be released from custody. The Court of BiH ordered them into home detention, saying that police would visit them at random times twice a day. They are banned from contacting the other suspects, as well as witnesses. Bjelosevic, Savic and Kuzmanovic are suspected, along with Marinko Djukic, Miroslav Pijunovic and Dobrivoje Culibrk, of having committed crimes against the non-Serb population. The Court of BiH previously confirmed an indictment against six persons, who are charged in this same case. Those are: Dragan Marjanovic, Sasa Gavranovic, Vitomir Devic, Zoran Sljuk, Dario Slavuljica and Dragomir Kezunovic, who are charged with the murder of Bosniak civilians on Mount Borje, Teslic municipality, in June 1992.
