The witness previously testified before The Hague Tribunal with his identity and face protected and voice altered. He was granted protection measures at this hearing held before the Bosnian State Court as well.
 
A5 testified for the Prosecution at the trial of Goran Vujovic, Miroslav Duka and Zeljko Ilic, who are charged with crimes against humanity in the Bileca area.
 
Vujovic and Duka are charged with having enabled and organised the detention of Bosniak and Croat civilians in the Public Safety Station building and the Students’ Dormitory in Bileca, where detainees were killed, tortured and abused.
 
Ilic is charged with having participated in the physical and mental abuse, torture and murder of Bosniaks and Croats. 

The indictment alleges that Vujovic was Chief of the Public Safety Station in Bileca, Duka was Commander of Police and Ilic was a policeman.

According to the official schedule of hearings held before the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, BiH, this trial is due to continue on December 30.
