The Prosecution of Bosnia and Herzegovina, BiH, charges Mitrovic and Glogovac, who were allegedly accompanied by other soldiers of the Republika Srpska Army, VRS, with having caused severe bodily physical and mental suffering of Bosniak and Croat civilians and prisoners of war, who were detained in the basement premises of “Franjo Herljevic” hunters’ house in Kamenica village, Zavidovici municipality, from June to December 1992.

The indictment alleges that Mitrovic was member of the Second Ozren Light Infantry Brigade of VRS and Glogovac was member of military police with the “Doboj” Operational Group with the 1st Krajina Corps of VRS at that time.
