The following persons have been indicted: Dragan Marjanovic, Sasa Gavranovic, Vitomir Devic, Zoran Sljuk, Dragomir Kezunovic and Darijo Slavuljica.

They are charged with having come by vehicles and taken 28 Bosniaks and Croats away to Mount Borje, where they killed them, on the night of June 17/18, 1992.

“After that the victims were dumped into a pit, which had previously been dug and prepared. Their remains were found and identified after the war,” the Prosecution of BiH announced.

The indictment was forwarded to the Court of BiH for confirmation. The Hague Tribunal previously referred this case to the Court of BiH.

These six men were originally in a group with seven other suspects in the case called “Mice”. The suspects were: Andrija Bjelosevic, Milan Savic, Dusan Kuzmanovic, Marinko Djukic, Miroslav Pijunovic, Dobrivoje Culibrk, Predrag Markocevic and Predrag Subotic.

The Prosecution of BiH was not able to say today whether the case against the seven other suspects was separated from this one or if the investigation against them was discontinued. Besides Teslic, the “Mice” case also refers to crimes committed in Doboj.
