The State Prosecution alleges that Radomir Markovic, Mile Kusic, Dragan Bozovic, Sasa Perkovic, Radomir Gluhovic, Pero Radovic, Ilija Vukasinovic and Milos Vukasinovic committed murders of Bosniak civilians in the period from April to the end of September 1992.
 
According to the charges, Markovic was Commander of the Socicka Company with the Rogaticka Brigade of VRS, while the other indictees were members of that Brigade.
 
They were arrested on October 17. One day later the Court ordered prohibiting measures, including a ban on travelling, a ban on leaving their places of residence and meeting and contacting “certain persons”.
