Under the unconfirmed indictment, Ibro Turajlic, former member of the Territorial Defence in Capljina, is charged with having killed a captured member of the Republika Srpska Army, VRS, by opening a burst of fire at him from his back, in the Pocitelj area in June 1992.

The indictment has been forwarded to the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, BiH, for confirmation.

Turajlic was arrested on September 25 this year. As per a Prosecution’s proposal, the Court of BiH then ordered prohibiting measures, consisting of a ban on contacting or meeting certain persons in any way, including approaching them at a distance of less than 100 metres.
