On Monday, September 29 Zeljko Jukic is due to appear before the Appellate Chamber. Jukic was sentenced, under a first instance verdict, to 13 years in prison for crimes committed in Prozor. 

On Wednesday, October 1 an appellate session is due to be held in the case against Veselko and Ivo Raguz, who were previously acquitted of charges for crimes in Stolac and Capljina. 

On Tuesday, September 30 plea hearings are due to be held in the case against Fahrudin Alic, who is charged with crimes in Sarajevo, and Ivan Anicic, who is charged with crimes committed in Capljina. Both indictees live abroad. 

The first Defence witness is due to appear at the trial of Josip Tolic, who is charged with crimes in Odzak and Brod, on Friday, October 3.  

On Monday the trial is due to continue in the case against Mensur Memic, Dzevad Salcin, Senad Hakalovic, Nedzad Hodzic and Nihad Bojadzic, who are charged with crimes in Trusina, near Konjic. 

On that same day a hearing will be held in order to discuss a prohibiting measures motion for Ibro Turajlic, who is suspected of crimes in Pocitelj, and a custody extension motion for Andrija Bjelosevic, Milan Savic, Dusan Kuzmanovic, Predrag Markocevic, Marinko Djukic, Miroslav Pijunovic, Dobrivoje Culibrk, Dragan Marjanovic, Dario Slavuljica, Sasa Gavranovic, Predrag Subotic, Vitomir Devic and Zoran Sljuka, who are suspected of crimes in Doboj. 

On Tuesday new witnesses are due to appear at the trials of Bosiljko and Ostoja Markovic, who are charged with crimes in Kotor-Varos, Goran Vujovic, Miroslav Duka and Zeljko Ilic, who are indicted for crimes in Bileca as well as Ramiz Avdovic and Iulian Nicolae Vintila for crimes in Sarajevo. 

One day later the trials are due to continue in the case against Hariz Habibovic, who is charged with crimes in Kladanj, Ostoja Stanisic and Marko Milosevic for genocide in Srebrenica, as well as Marinko and Zoran Bjelica and Novica Tripkovic, who are charged with crimes in Kalinovik.   

On Thursday, October 2 hearings are due to be held for crimes committed in the Hadzici area, namely in the case against Nedzad Hodzic and Dzevad Salcin, as well as the case against Mustafa Djelilovic, Fadil Covic, Mirsad Sabic, Nezir Kazic, Becir Hujic, Serif Mesanovic, Halid Covic and Nermin Kalember.

On that same day the trials are due to continue in the case against Indira Kameric, who is charged with crimes in Brod, and Ibro Macic for crimes in Konjic. On Friday a new witness is due to appear at the trial of Jasmin Coloman, who is indicted for crimes in Vitez. 

Hearing of testimonies at the retrial of Mehura Selimovic, Adil Ruznic and Emir Mustafic, who are charged with crimes in Bosanska Krajina, are also due to continue in the week ahead.
