Prosecutor Milorad Barasin presented a list of members of the 101st Brigade with the Croatian Defence Council as well as a list of members of military police with that same brigade.

The Court of BiH did not accept the evidence submitted by The Hague Tribunal under the title “Crimes against Serbs”, because the documents did not contain an electronic stamp.

Trial Chamber Chairman Saban Maksumic left a possibility to the Prosecution of BiH to include the evidence at a later stage in case it obtained the stamp.

Following an objection by Lejla Covic, Defence attorney of indictee Kameric, the Chamber refused to admit photographs of the indictee and a copy of her personal identification card as evidence.

Kameric, former member of the 101st Bosanski Brod Brigade of the Croatian Defence Council, HVO, is charged with having participated in the physical and mental abuse and inhumane treatment of Serb and Bosniak civilians and prisoners of war in the premises of police and at “Polet” stadium in Bosanski Brod from April to October 1992.

The trial is due to continue on October 2.
