The parties said that they stuck to all of the pieces of evidence presented before, as well as their introductory statements.

The Prosecution of BiH plans to examine another medical expert and present material evidence. The Defence of Habibovic plans to present material evidence only.

In July this year the proceeding against Hariz Habibovic was separated from the proceedings against eight other indictees, who are charged with crimes in Kladanj, because the Prosecution completed the presentation of evidence against him.

Besides Habibovic, Safet Mujcinovic, Zijad Hamzic, Selman Busnov, Nusret Muhic, Ramiz Halilovic, Nedzad Hodzic, Osman Gogic and Kahro Vejzovic, former members of the Territorial Defence, as well as military and civil police, are on trial for having committed crimes in Kladanj.

The trial of Habibovic is due to continue on September 10.
