Closing Statements at the Trial of Milisavljevic and Others Next Week

In the week ahead the Prosecution of Bosnia and Herzegovina, BiH, is due to present its closing statement at the trial of three indictees, who are charged with crimes in Visegrad.

On Tuesday, July 15 the Prosecution will present its closing statement at the trial of Predrag Milisavljevic, Milos Pantelic and Ljubomir Tasic, who are charged with having participated in murders, forced resettlement of the population and other inhumane acts.  
On Thursday, July 17 a pre-trial status conference is due to be held in the case against Bosiljko and Ostoja Markovic, who are charged with having raped a fourteen-year old girl in the Kotor-Varos area in June 1992.

Three trials for genocide in Srebrenica are scheduled to continue next week. On Monday, July 14 new witnesses are due to appear at the trial of Goran Saric, on Tuesday, July 15 at the trial of Aleksandar Cvetkovic and on Wednesday, July 16 at the trial of Ostoja Stanisic and Marko Milosevic.

The trial of Mensur Memic, Dzevad Salcin, Senad Hakalovic, Nedzad Hodzic and Nihad Bojadzic, who are charged with crimes in Trusina, is due to continue on Monday.  

One day later the trials are due to continue in the case against Oliver Krsmanovic for crimes in Visegrad, Ramiz Avdovic and Iulian-Nicolae Vintila, who are charged with crimes in Sarajevo, as well as Goran Vujovic, Miroslav Duka, Nedjeljko Kuljic and Zeljko Ilic, who are charged with crimes in Bileca.  

On Wednesday, July 16 the trial is due to continue in the case against Marinko and Zoran Bjelica and Novica Tripkovic, who are indicted for crimes in Kalinovik.
 
The trial of Mustafa Djelilovic, Fadil Covic, Mirsad Sabic, Nezir Kazic, Becir Hujic, Halid Covic, Serif Mesanovic and Nermin Kalember, who are charged with crimes in Hadzici municipality, is due to continue on Thursday and Friday.  

The trial of Indira Kameric, who is indicted for crimes in Bosanski Brod, is due to continue on Thursday.  

One day later, on Friday, July 18, the trials are due to continue in the case against Safet Mujcinovic, Zijad Hamzic, Selman Busnov, Nusret Muhic, Ramiz Halilovic, Nedzad Hodzic, Hariz Habibovic, Osman Gogic and Kahro Vejzovic, who are charged with crimes in Kladanj, as well as Josip Tolic, who is charged with crimes in Odzak and Bosanski Brod.
