As announced by the Court, the suspects have been ordered into home detention, banned from travelling and contacting possible helpers and accomplices, as well as Prosecution witnesses.
 
The suspects, who have spent 11 days in custody, are now released after appealing the original custody order decision.
 
“In case the suspects violate the prohibiting measures, they may be ordered back into custody,” the Court announced.  

Mitar and Rade Vlasenko, as well as Drago Koncar, former members of the Army of the Serbian Republic of BiH, are suspected with having killed seven Bosniaks in Kozarac in May and June 1992.
