The measures ordered against Mitrovic include a ban on leaving his place of residence and meeting the suspects and witnesses.

As indicated in the State Court’s announcement, the prohibiting measures will remain in force until the Court of BiH has rendered a new decision and, in case Mitrovic violates them, he will be ordered into custody.

Mitrovic was arrested by the State Investigation and Protection Agency on Tuesday, June 3.

The Prosecution of BiH suspects Mitrovic, former member of the Second Ozrenska Brigade with the Republika Srpska Army, VRS, and guard in “Dom Franjo Herljevic” detention camp in Kamenica village, with having unlawfully held Bosniak and Croat civilians from Zenica, Zavidovici and Zepce municipalities in detention, acting in collaboration with other VRS members, in the period from June to December 1992.

In its announcement the Prosecution of BiH says that he is suspected of murders, torture and other inhumane acts against the people held in the detention camp.
