As said by Tripkovic’s Defence attorney Slavko Asceric, Tripkovic’s blood pressure problems started prior to the beginning of the trial, so he had to get injections.
A State Prosecution witness, who was due to testify at this hearing, will be examined at the next one, scheduled for June 6.
Tripkovic is on trial, along with Marinko and Zoran Bjelica, for crimes committed in Kalinovik in 1992. The former members of the Republika Srpska Army, VRS, are charged with having participated in the killing and torture of Bosniak civilians, who were detained in the “Miladin Radojevic” school building.
