1. April 2014.00:00
The trial of Oliver Krsmanovic, who is charged with crimes in Visegrad, has been postponed, because The Hague Tribunal has still not sent a response regarding protected witnesses even though five months have passed.

As said by Trial Chamber Chairman Darko Samardzic, the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina would send another reminder to The Hague Tribunal, requesting a response.

As per a request by the Defence, at the beginning of October last year the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina submitted a letter to the Tribunal, so it could contact about ten witnesses, who had previously testified under protection measures at The Hague.

The indictment charges Krsmanovic, former member of the Second Podrinje Light Infantry Brigade of the Republika Srpska Army, VRS, with having participated in murders, rape, torture and other inhumane acts against Bosniak civilians.

The trial is due to continue on April 29.
