They are charged as former members of the Bosnian Serb army of taking part in the killings and abuse of prisoners in the Miladin Radojevic school in Kalinovik in August 1992.

“Despite objections of the guards who protected the civilians, they took part in the killings and intentional abuse which resulted in great pain and suffering of the civilian population, which resulted in the death of four people”, said the Bosnian Prosecution.

According to the unconfirmed indictment, members of the Kalinovik police and military took the killed civilians to the Graiseljsko fields in Kalinovik where they were buried.

“The bodies of Suad Hasanbegovic, Sejdo Keso and Edin Bico were found there in 2009, while the body of Hasim Hatic was never uncovered”, said the Prosecution.

Marinko and Zoran Bjelica were arrested on December 18, after which Zoran Bjelica was ordered into custody and Marinko Bjelica granted prohibiting measures.

The indictment was sent to the State Court for confirmation.
