Trial Postponed Due to Indictees Illness
The trial for crimes in Prijedor has been postponed until December 23 due to indictee Zoran Babics health condition.

Trial Chamber Chairwoman Mira Smajlovic said that the Chamber had received the doctors findings and Babics written statement, indicating that he was not able to appear at the hearing due to health problems.
Indictee Velemir Djurics Defence witnesses were originally supposed to testify at this hearing.
Babic, Djuric and Dragomir Soldat are on trial for crimes in Carakovo village. The three indictees are charged with having participated in the shooting of men in front of a local mosque on July 23, 1992.
