The verdict against Saric, former Chief of the Public Safety Station of the Serb municipality of Centar, is due to be pronounced on Wednesday, August 28.  

One day later the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina is due to hold a pre-trial status conference in the case against Vehid Subotic, former member of the Army of Bosnia and Herzegovina, who is charged with having killed Croat civilians in Dusina village, near Zenica, in January 1993.

On Friday, August 30 the first out of 60 planned State Prosecution witnesses is due to be examined at the trial for crimes against Serb civilians in Kladanj. The crime is charged upon Safet Mujcinovic, Selman Busnov, Zijad Hamzic, Ramiz Halilovic, Nusret Muhic, Nedzad Hodzic, Hariz Habibovic, Osman Gogic and Kahro Vejzovic, former members of the Territorial Defence, civil and military police.

A hearing at which Vinko Kondic’s health condition will be discussed is scheduled for Monday. The former Chief of the Public Safety Station in Kljuc was on trial for committing crimes in that town. The trial against him was discontinued due to Parkinson’s disease in 2010.  

On that same day new State Prosecution witnesses are due to testify at the trials of Savo Babic, who is charged with crimes in Bratunac, and Ostoja Stanisic and Marko Milosevic, who are charged with genocide in Srebrenica. The trial of Mensur Memic, Dzevad Salcin, Senad Hakalovic, Nedzad Hodzic, Nihad Bojadzic and Zulfikar Alispago for crimes in Trusina continues on Monday, as well as the appellate procedure against Sasa Zecevic, who is charged with murders at Koricanske stijene.

Oliver Krsmanovic, who is charged with crimes in Visegrad, and former member of the Army of Bosnia and Herzegovina Edin Dzeko, who is on trial for murders and other crimes in Jablanica and Konjic, are due to appear in courtrooms on Tuesday. The trial of Najdan Mladjenovic and Savo Zivkovic, who are charged with crimes in Bratunac, continues that day as well.  

On that same day the trials are due to continue in the case against Ivan Zelenika, Srecko Herceg, Edib Buljubasic, Ivan Medic and Marina Grubisic-Fejzic for crimes in Dretelj detention camp, and Predrag Milisavljevic, Milos Pantelic and Ljubomir Tasic for persecutions and other crimes in Visegrad. The trial for crimes in Kotor-Varos, which are charged upon Fikret Planincic, Rasim Lisancic, Sead Menzil and Mirsad Vatrac, continues on Tuesday too.  

On Wednesday the trials are due to continue in the case against Branko Vlaco for crimes in Vogosca, Veselko and Ivo Raguz for crimes in Stolac and Capljina, as well as Zemir Kovacevic, who is charged with crimes in Bosanski Brod.

The trial of Mustafa Djelilovic, Fadil Covic, Mirsad Sabic, Nezir Kazic, Becir Hujic, Halid Covic, Serif Mesanovic and Nermin Kalember, who are charged with crimes in the Hadzici area, is due to continue on Thursday. On that same day the Defence of Zeljko Jukic will invite five new witnesses.  

The trial of Zoran Marinic and Zoran Milic, former members of the Croatian Defence Council, who are charged with murders in Busovaca, is due to continue that same day.

New State Prosecution witnesses are due to appear at the trial of Ramiz Avdovic and Iulian-Nicolae Vintila, who are charged with crimes in Sarajevo, on Friday next week.

The retrials for crimes in Kljuc, Kalinovik and Bugojno municipalities are due to continue before the Appellate Chamber of the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina next week.
