The Court ordered prohibiting measures against Milic. The measures include a ban on leaving his place of residence, travelling, meeting his accomplices and witnesses and attending social gatherings.

In addition to that, he is prohibited from visiting cafes, restaurants and other places, where social activities take place, in the Busovaca municipality area.

Milic is on trial, along with Zoran Marinic, for having participated in the murder of four Bosniaks in the Busovaca area in 1993, causing of bodily injuries and the unlawful and arbitrary destruction of property.

The Court also checked whether the prohibiting measures against Zoran Marinic were still justified. Marinic has defended himself while at liberty since the beginning of the trial.
