At a pre-trial status conference the Prosecution of Bosnia and Herzegovina announced that, as part of its evidence presentation, it would examine nine witnesses and present material evidence, most of which pertained to exhumations and discovery of the remains of the killed people.

“In this stage of the proceedings the Prosecution of Bosnia and Herzegovina is proposing nine witnesses. There are many material documents about the exhumations and discovery of skeletal remains of the killed people. The witnesses have not requested protection measures so far,” said State Prosecutor Adnan Gulamovic.

According to the charges, on May 10, 1992 Grujic, who was accompanied by a few other persons, participated in the capture and murder of ten Bosniak civilians in Zvornik municipality.

The Prosecution of Bosnia and Herzegovina alleges that Grujic was member of “Baljkovica” Unit with the Serbian Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina Army at the time.

Dragan Gotovac, Defence attorney of indictee Grujic, announced that the Defence would invite about ten witnesses.

The indictee is defending himself while at liberty. A.S.
