The indictment alleges that Marjanovic, former member of the Rogatica Brigade with VRS, is charged with having participated in the grave deprivation of physical liberty and forcible disappearance of people in Rogatica during the course of 1992.

The indictment has been filed with the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina for confirmation.

According to the charges, on June 19, 1992 Marjanovic, who was accompanied by a few other VRS members, came to the Marina Homora area, forcibly took six members of one family and transported them to Borike village, Rogatica municipality, where they singled one man out and took him to an unknown location. The man has allegedly been missing since.

The unconfirmed indictment further alleges that the unknown members of VRS unlawfully detained the other family members in the “Veljko Vlahovic” school building in Rogatica, where they held them for a certain period of time before transporting them to Olovo.
