Pavle Gajic Arrested

The State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) has arrested Pavle Gajic, who is suspected by the State Prosecution of crimes against prisoners of war in Bihac.

The Prosecution of Bosnia and Herzegovina suspects that Gajic, former member of the military police of the Second Krajina Corps of the Republika Srpska Army (VRS) participated in the killing of one Bosniak in Bihac.

Gajic will be handed over for questioning to the State Prosecution, and after that they will decide on the eventual filing of a custody order motion.

Gajic was arrested in the village of Ribnik, near Kljuc municipality.
