The Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina confirms an indictment against Zoran Kusic, former member of the Jahorina Training Centre, charging him with crimes against humanity committed in Srebrenica.
Two verdicts of genocide have already been pronounced for the slaughter of around 8,,000 men in Srebrenica in 1995. If Milorad Trbic is convicted of the same high crime, it will be a third.
The State Prosecution and indictee Vaso Todorovic have reached the agreement on guilt admittance by which Todorovic admits his participation in crimes committed against Bosniaks in Srebrenica in July 1995.
Vaso Todorovic, a former member of the Special police unit from Sekovici, signed the agreement on guilt admittance with the Prosecution of Bosnia and Herzegovina in front of the Court in Sarajevo.
