The trial of fourteen defendants charged with war crimes in the village of Zecovi, near Prijedor, has been postponed due to the poor health of one of the defendants, Dusko Zoric.

At the trial for crimes in Dretelj, near Capljina, the State Prosecution presents additional material evidence. After that the Defence of the indictees request that additional witnesses be examined.

Testifying at the trial of former members of the Croatian Defence Forces, HOS, a Defence witness says that he did not see indictee Srecko Herceg in the Dretelj military barracks.

Testifying in his own behalf, defendant Ivan Zelenika said that he was an ordinary soldier for the Croatian Defence Forces, CDF in 1992, and as such could not issue any orders in Dretelj.

The first witness, testifying in defence of Srecko Herceg, who is charged with crimes in Dretelj, says that the indictee was Commander of the Training Centre of the Croatian Defence Forces, HOS, in Hardomilje village, near Ljubuski.

The Defence of Goran Viskovic presents ten pieces of material evidence in an attempt to prove "the activities conducted by the Army of Bosnia and Herzegovina" in Vlasenica.
