The Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina has obtained evidence from the Registry in Kotor-Varos, which indicate that there are four different persons named Marko Skrobic, just like the indictee.
After the Court of BiH confirmed the indictment against Marko Skrobic for war crimes against civilians, it should now render a decision concerning the prosecution's request to refer this case to a lower court.
