The Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina confirms an indictment against Goran Markovic, Ljubisa Vranjes and Mladen Milic for war crimes committed against civilians in Kotor-Varos.

The Prosecution and Defence appeal the first-instance verdict in the case of Marko Skrobic, before the Appellate Chamber of BiH Court.

With the final statements from the both sides, the trial for the crimes committed in Kotor Varos 1992, is complete and the Court council set the date for passing the judgement.

The Trial Chamber conducts an additional examination of two witnesses, thus completing the trial for crimes in Kotor Varos.

The Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina has obtained evidence from the Registry in Kotor-Varos, which indicate that there are four different persons named Marko Skrobic, just like the indictee.

A Defence witness claims that Skrobic was with him completing a task, when Stojko Glamocak was killed.
17. January 2008.
After the Court of BiH confirmed the indictment against Marko Skrobic for war crimes against civilians, it should now render a decision concerning the prosecution's request to refer this case to a lower court.
