The Prosecution of Bosnia and Herzegovina files a custody order motion for Goran Vujovic and Miroslav Duka, who are suspected of crimes in Bileca in 1992, due to a possibility that they might influence witnesses and interfere with the investigation.

The Defence of Radovan Stankovic, who is serving his sentence for war crimes in Foca, requests the Court to quash a verdict, under which he was sentenced to two years in prison for having fled from the Penal and Correctional Facility in Foca.

The beginning of the trial of Radovan Stankovic for fleeing from a prison in Foca, where he was serving his sentence for crimes committed in that town, has been postponed as the indictee fails to appear in court.

The trial of Dusko Djajic, who is charged, before the Cantonal Court in Sarajevo, with war crimes against civilians in Ilidza municipality in November 1995, begins with the reading of the indictment and presentation of introductory statements by the Prosecution and Defence.

The continuation of the trial of Milorad Zivkovic and Dusko Tadic, who are charged with crimes in Cajnice, has been postponed, because the Prosecution of Bosnia and Herzegovina failed to provide the Defence with statements of witnesses who were due to be examined at this hearing.

Taking into consideration special circumstances, the Court of BiH has passed a verdict for war crimes committed in Foca in 1992.
