The Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina has ordered an examination of Novica Tripkovic, former member of the Republika Srpska Army, VRS, to determine whether he is fit to stand trial.
The Prosecution of Bosnia and Herzegovina has filed a motion with the Court asking it to order custody of Novica Tripkovic, who is suspected of war crimes committed in the Foca area, while the Defence objected to the motion.
