The Prosecution of Bosnia and Herzegovina is still conducting an investigation against Miroslav Krajisnik, who was arrested more than a year ago due to a suspicion that he committed crimes in the Sarajevo area.

The Prosecution of Bosnia and Herzegovina files a motion, requesting two-month extension of custody for Miroslav Krajisnik, former Commander of the Kosevo Brigade with the Republika Srpska Army, VRS, who is suspected of crimes in Sarajevo. The Defence objects to the motion. The Court will render its decision at a later stage.

The Prosecution of Bosnia and Herzegovina requested from the State Court to order custody for Miroslav Krajisnik, former commander of the Kosevo Brigade of the Army of Republika Srpska (VRS), who is suspected of crimes in Sarajevo, while the Defence objected to this proposal.

As announced by the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, a one-month custody for the former Commander of the Kosevo Brigade with the Republika Srpska Army, VRS, who is suspected of crimes committed in Sarajevo, was ordered.
