The State Court prohibited Milovanovic from meeting the witnesses, rejecting the State Prosecution’s proposal to order one-month custody for him.

The Prosecution of BiH is conducting an investigation against Milovanovic, a former member of the Republika Srpska Army, VRS, due to a suspicion that he raped a Croat woman in Sase village, Srebrenica municipality, in May 1992.

As announced by the Prosecution, Milovanovic committed the rape, while threatening the woman with a knife. After that he allegedly threatened the injured party by saying that he would kill her if she told anyone about what happened.
