The Prosecution of BiH requested these measures, claiming that Juric had citizenship of Croatia and that he lived in Austria, as well as that there was a danger that he might influence witnesses.
 
The concrete crimes of which Juric is suspected were not mentioned at the hearing at which the prohibiting measures were requested.
