Measures against Ilija Juric Ordered
The Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, BiH, orders prohibiting measures against Ilija Juric, who is suspected of crimes against the civilian population in Odzak.

The suspect is banned from leaving his place of residence and travelling. Also, he is obliged to report to “the competent state body” once a week.
The Prosecution of BiH requested these measures, claiming that Juric had citizenship of Croatia and that he lived in Austria, as well as that there was a danger that he might influence witnesses.
The concrete crimes of which Juric is suspected were not mentioned at the hearing at which the prohibiting measures were requested.
