Radisic Pleads not Guilty of Crimes in Teslic
Pero Radisic, former member of the Republika Srpska Army, VRS, appears before the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, BiH, and pleads not guilty to the charges that he committed crimes in the Teslic area in 1992 and 1993.

“I plead not guilty,” said Radisic.
According to the indictment, Radisic is charged with having participated in the abuse, inhumane treatment and forcing Bosniak civilians to perform hard labour.
As previously announced by the Prosecution of BiH, the indictee is charged with having arrested several people and having taken them to other locations, where they performed forced labour. This allegedly led to the death of at least six people and wounding of several people on the frontlines.
The indictment was confirmed on September 11 this year.
