Verdict against Vehid Subotic Next Week

Subotic, a former member of the Army of BiH, is charged with having participated in the murder of Croat civilians in January 1993. The pronouncement of the verdict is scheduled for Friday, November 7.
On that same day a pre-trial status conference is due to be held in the case against Muhamed Sisic, Emir Drakovac, Aziz Susa and Tarik Sisic, who are charged with crimes in Rogatica and Foca. Also, Ibro Macic, who is charged with crimes in Konjic, is due to testify in his defence on that day.
On Monday, November 3 new State Prosecution witnesses are due to be examined at the trials of Petar Kovacevic, who is charged with crimes in Visegrad, Goran Saric, who is indicted for genocide in Srebrenica, as well as Savo Tepic, Dusko Vujicic, Dragoslav Bojic, Dusko Maksimovic, Radojko Keverovic, Rade Skoric and Ilija Kurusic, who are charged with crimes in Kotor-Varos.
On that same day the presentation of evidence is due to be completed at the trials of Mensur Memic, Dzevad Salcin, Senad Hakalovic, Nedzad Hodzic and Nihad Bojadzic, who are charged with crimes in Trusina, as well as Dragan Sekaric, who is indicted for crimes in Visegrad.
A hearing at which a State Prosecution’s motion, requesting the extension of prohibiting measures against Enes Curic, Ibrahim Demirovic, Samir Kreso, Habib Copelj and Mehmed Kaminic, who are charged with crimes in Mostar, will be discussed is scheduled for Monday as well.
On Tuesday the trials are due to continue in the case against Oliver Krsmanovic, who is charged with crimes in Visegrad, as well as Ivan Zelenika, Srecko Herceg, Ivan Medic, Edib Buljubasic and Marina Grubisic-Fejzic, who are charged with crimes in Dretelj, near Capljina.
On Tuesday new witnesses are due to appear at the trials of Bosiljko and Ostoja Markovic, who are charged with crimes in Kotor-Varos, as well as Goran Vujovic, Miroslav Duka and Zeljko Ilic, who are on trial for crimes in Bileca, and Ramiz Avdovic and Iulian-Nicolae Vintila, who are charged with crimes in Sarajevo.
One day later new witnesses are due to testify in defence of Vitomir Rackovic, as well as Goran Popovic, both of whom are charged with crimes in Visegrad.
On Wednesday the trials are due to continue in the case against Zoran and Marinko Bjelica and Novica Tripkovic, who are charged with crimes in Kalinovik, as well as Ostoja Stanisic and Marko Milosevic, who are charged with genocide in Srebrenica.
On Thursday the trials are due to continue in the case against Nikola Maric, who is charged with crimes in Prozor, Nedzad Hodzic and Dzevad Salcin, who are on trial for crimes on Mount Igman, as well as Nihad Bojadzic, who is charged with crimes in Jablanica.
On that same day new witnesses are due to be examined at the trials of Mustafa Djelilovic, Fadil Covic, Mirsad Sabic, Nezir Kazic, Becir Hujic, Halid Covic, Serif Mesanovic and Nermin Kalember, who are charged with crimes in Hadzici, as well as Indira Kameric, who is on trial for crimes in Brod.
The trials of Josip Tolic, who is charged with crimes in Odzak and Brod, as well as Jasmin Coloman, who is indicted for crimes in Vitez, are due to continue on Friday.
On that same day the presentation of material evidence is due to continue at the trial of Safet Mujcinovic, Selman Busnov, Zijad Hamzic, Nusret Muhic, Nedzad Hodzic, Osman Gogic, Ramiz Halilovic and Kahro Vejzovic.
The retrial of Mehura Selimovic, Adil Ruznic and Emir Mustafic, who are charged with crimes in Krajina, is due to continue in the week ahead.
