Under the unconfirmed indictment, Djojic, former member of the 102nd Brigade of HVO in Odzak, who was allegedly armed and accompanied by several other HVO members, is charged with having committed rape and sexual abuse of a female in an extremely humiliating way, while threatening her by saying that, in case she offered resistance, he would slaughter her six-month son, in July 1992.

The indictment has been filed with the Court of BiH for confirmation.

Following his arrest on September 4, Djojic was ordered into custody. At the beginning of this month the Court of BiH released him under prohibiting measures, including a ban on leaving his place of residence, travelling and meeting the other suspects and witnesses.
