One of the pieces of evidence was an official notebook, containing shifts of reserve policemen in June 1992. It also includes indictee Habibovic’s shifts.

According to the charges, Habibovic, former reserve policemen, participated, along with two other persons, in the beating of Ladimir Dragic at the beginning of June 1992. The indictment alleges that Dragic committed suicide in the evening on that same day.

Prosecutor Dragan Corlija said that the official notebook indicated that Habibovic was on duty on June 9.

The Defence explained that the indictee’s shift lasted from the evening hours on June 8 to 8 a.m. on June 9 and that Dragic committed suicide in the evening hours on June 9.

The State Prosecution is due to present the last pieces of material evidence on October 15 while Habibovic’s Defence said that it would not present evidence.
