The indictment alleges that Mladjenovic and Zivkovic are charged with having participated in attacks on Hranca and Glogova villages in May 1992, when several Bosniak civilians were killed and their property set on fire. The pronouncement of the verdict is scheduled for Tuesday, March 4.
On Friday, March 7 the parties are due to present their appeals against a verdict pronounced at a renewed trial of Goran and Zoran Damjanovic. Under the verdict, they were sentenced to six and a half and six years in prison respectively for crimes committed in Bojnik, near Sarajevo.
The Defence of Zoran Babic, who is on trial, along with Dragomir Soldat and Velemir Djuric, for crimes in Carakovo village, near Prijedor, is due to present its closing statement on Monday, March 3. On that same day new witnesses are due to be examined at the trial of Goran Saric, who is charged with genocide in Srebrenica.
On Monday a hearing is due to be held in the case against Bosiljko Markovic and others, but the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina was not able to provide information about this case.
The continuation of the trial of Vehid Subotic, who is charged with crimes in Dusina village, near Zenica, is scheduled for Monday and Friday.
Oliver Krsmanovic, who is charged with crimes in Visegrad, as well as Predrag Milisavljevic, Milos Pantelic and Ljubomir Tasic, who are on trial for crimes in that same town, are due to appear in court on Tuesday. On that same day the trials are due to continue in the case against Aleksandar Cvetkovic, who is charged with genocide in Srebrenica, and Edin Dzeko, who is indicted for crimes in Trusina and Jablanica.
On Wednesday, March 5 the trials are due to continue in the case against Ostoja Stanisic and Marko Milosevic, who are charged with genocide in Srebrenica, Branko Vlaco for crimes in Vogosca, as well as Zemir Kovacevic for crimes in Brod. On the following day new witnesses are due to be examined at the trial of Mustafa Djelilovic, Fadil Covic, Mirsad Sabic, Nezir Kazic, Becir Hujic, Halid Covic, Serif Mesanovic and Nermin Kalember, who are charged with crimes in Hadzici.
On Friday, March 7 the trials are due to continue in the case against Ibro Macic, who is charged with crimes in Konjic, Ramiz Avdovic and Iulian-Nicolae Vintila for crimes in Sarajevo, as well as Safet Mujcinovic, Selman Busnov, Nusret Muhic, Zijad Hamzic, Ramiz Halilovic, Nedzad Hodzic, Hariz Habibovic and Osman Gogic for crimes in Kladanj.
In the week ahead the Court will continue hearing testimonies at the retrials of Drazen Mikulic, who is charged with crimes in Dretelj, and Mehura Selimovic, Adil Ruznic and Emir Mustafic, who are charged with crimes in Bosanska Krajina.
