Verdict for Crimes in Blace Due Next Week

Brkan is charged with the murder of four old ladies in Blace village in June 1992. The pronouncement of the verdict is scheduled for Friday, December 6.
On Monday, December 2 the Prosecution of Bosnia and Herzegovina will present its closing statement at the trial of Savo Babic, who is charged with crimes in Bratunac.
On Wednesday, December 4 a hearing will be held in order to present evidence about the sentence pronounced against Goran and Zoran Damjanovic, whose verdict for crimes in the Sarajevo area was quashed due to the wrong application of a law.
The presentation of appeals against a first instance verdict, under which Milorad Zivkovic was sentenced to six years in prison for crimes in Cajnice and Dusko Tadic acquitted of charges, is scheduled for Thursday, December 5.
Ivo Raguz, who is charged, along with Veselko Raguz, with crimes in Stolac, is due to testify in his defence on Wednesday.
On Monday new witnesses are due to be examined at the trial of Mensur Memic, Dzevad Salcin, Senad Hakalovic, Nedzad Hodzic, Nihad Bojadzic and Zulfikar Alispago, who are charged with crimes in Trusina, as well as Dragomir Soldat, Velemir Djuric and Zoran Babic, who are on trial for crimes in Carakovo, near Prijedor.
One day later the trials are due to continue in the case against Oliver Krsmanovic for crimes in Visegrad, Najdan Mladjenovic and Savo Zivkovic, who are charged with crimes in Bratunac, and Ivan Zelenika, Srecko Herceg, Edib Buljubasic, Ivan Medic and Marina Grubisic-Fejzic, who are charged with crimes in Dretelj.
The continuation of the trials of Predrag Milisavljevic, Milos Pantelic and Ljubomir Tasic, who are charged with crimes in Visegrad, and Goran Saric, who is indicted for genocide in Srebrenica, is scheduled for Tuesday next week.
On Wednesday new witnesses are due to be examined at the trial of Branko Vlaco for crimes in Vogosca, as well as Ostoja Stanisic and Marko Milosevic, who are charged with genocide in Srebrenica. On that same day and on Friday the trial is due to continue in the case against Vehid Subotic, who is charged with crimes in Dusina, near Zenica.
Following a request for exemption of a judge, a new hearing will be held in order to discuss the State Prosecution’s custody order motion against Branislav Medan, Slobodan Jakovljevic, Aleksandar Radovanovic, Brano Dzinic and Milenko Trifunovic on Wednesday.
One day later the trial is due to continue in the case against Nihad Bojadzic, who is charged with crimes in Jablanica and Konjic. On Friday new witnesses are due to be examined at the trials of Ibro Macic, who is charged with crimes in Konjic, and Ramiz Avdovic and Iulian Nicolae Vintila, who are indicted for crimes in Sarajevo.
