The pronouncement of the verdict was originally scheduled for October 30, but Harhhoff was exempted from the Chamber in the meantime.
The Danish judge previously sent a letter expressing his dissatisfaction with verdicts of release against senior military and police officials from Croatia and Serbia.
After that, Seselj requested the Tribunal to exempt Harhoff from the Chamber, claiming that the judge expressed his partiality.
The indictment charges Seselj, former leader of the Serbian Radical Party, SRS, with crimes committed in Croatia and Bosnia and Herzegovina.
His trial began in November 2006.
