Luka Dragicevic, Boban and Petko Indjic, Obrad and Novak Poluga, Dragan Sekaric, Oliver Krsmanovic, Radojica Ristic, Vuk Ratkovic and Mica Jovicic have been charged with kidnapping 20 passengers from a train travelling from Belgrade to Bar on February 27, 1993. The victims were allegedly abducted from the railway station in Strpci and killed later in Visegrad.

On the same day, the state prosecution will present its closing arguments at the trial of Ilija Juric. Juric has been charged with war crimes committed in the Odzak area in 1992.

A status conference regarding the health of Zulfikar Alispago, charged with war crimes committed in Trusina, will also be held on October 12.

A trial dealing with genocide in Srebrenica and trials for crimes in Mostar, Prijedor, Visegrad, Srebrenik, Hadzici, Kotor Varos, Teslic, Kladanj and Cajnice will continue next week.
