He is suspected of torture, abuse, assault, rape and forcing prisoners to have sexual intercourse with one another.

The Bosnian state prosecution suspects the above took place while he was a member of the Fifth Corps of the Bosnian Army. His alleged victims were civilians and members of the former National Defence of the Autonomous Province of Western Bosnia, who were detained in in an improvised prison under the command of the 505th Brigade of the Bosnian Army, located in the former Radoc motel in Buzim.

After the hearing, the state prosecution will decide whether it will propose custody measures for Bajraktarevic.
