He was released under prohibitive measures, including home detention. Police will conduct daily visits at random, in order to ensure that he respects the conditions of his release. If he is found to be in violation of these new measures, he may be ordered back into custody.

A previous court ordered that Bjelosevic be held in custody, on the suspicion that he might attempt to influence witnesses and accomplices, as well as hide or destroy evidence.

Blejosevic, Milan Savic, Dusan Kuzmanovic, Predrag Markocevic, Marinko Djukic, Miroslav Pijunovic, and Dobrivoje Culibrk, are suspected of committing crimes in the Teslic and Doboj area. The other suspects were also in custody and have since been released.
