Djojic Pleads not Guilty

Jozo Djojic, a former member of the Croatian Defence Council, HVO, pleads not guilty to crimes in Odzak in June 1992.

Djojic, a former member of the 102nd Brigade of HVO from Odzak, is charged with having raped a female in the Odzak area in July 1992.

Considering the fact that the indictee pleaded not guilty, his trial is due to begin in the coming period.

Djojic was arrested on September 4. A month later he was released under prohibiting measures.
