As announced by the State Prosecutor’s Office, brothers Umrislav, Luka and Mato Jozic are suspected that they, as members of the Croatian Defence Forces (HOS) at the beginning of July 1992, took three ethnic Serbs from their houses at Jajce to the HOS police headquarters at Pecin, where they tortured them and then killed them.
After the questioning of the Jozic brothers, the State prosecution will decide whether they will request custody for them or order prohibitive measures.
