“I plead not guilty,” Dulic said, appearing before the State Court.
According to the indictment, which was confirmed on December 3 this year, Dulic, a former member of the 510th Bosnian Liberation Brigade of the Fifth Corps with the Amy of Bosnia and Herzegovina, ABiH, raped a woman. He was accompanied by two other members of ABiH who were known to him.
Dulic was arrested on November 19.
