The Prosecution of Bosnia and Herzegovina suspects Lalicic, a former member of the Army of the Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina, with having committed crimes against Serb victims in Hrasnica in 1992 and 1993.

He is suspected of the inhumane treatment and physical abuse of several detainees as well as the multiple rape and sexual abuse of a female person.

Lalicic will be handed over to a prosecutor, who will examine him and decide whether to file a custody order motion against the suspect or not.
