Indictment against Dzevad Dulic Confirmed

The Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, BiH, confirms an indictment against Dzevad Dulic, who is charged with crimes against the civilian population on the territory of Cazin municipality in December 1993.

The indictment, which was confirmed on December 3, alleges that Dulic, former member of the 510th Bosnian Liberation Brigade of the Fifth Corps with the Army of Bosnia and Herzegovina, who was allegedly accompanied by two other members of the Army of BiH known to him, raped a woman, using force and threatening her.

Dulic was arrested on November 19.
