They are suspected of participating in the murder of five Bosniak civilians in early June 1992.

As specified in the statement issued by the prosecution of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the suspects came together with Milosav Jovanovic to the stable in which six Bosniak civilians were held and ordered them to come out.

“Then they separated two children and pushed them into a house by force, where they locked them up. They ordered the remaining civilians to get going in a column, holding rifles on them. One civilians used a moment of their inattention to flee, after which the suspects fired from their rifles and shot three civilians.” said the prosecution of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The suspects, it is added, returned to the house where children were locked up and killed them with rifles.

“After that they set the house on fire, burning it to the ground, together with dead bodies,” said the prosecution.

They are suspected of committing these crimes as members of the Third Podrinje Light Infantry Brigade of the Army of Republika Srpska.

For this crime, the SIPA yesterday arrested Milosav Jovanovic.

The suspects will be handed over to the prosecutor of the State Prosecution.
